Family vegetable garden training

To increase family incomes further, the group of mothers will now expand the area of the vegetable garden and plant mustard. Money from harvest of cabbage will be used to purchase mustard seeds and will be planted near their existing garden.

A woman was learning how to make woven fabrics using traditional tools in Maumere, East Nusa tenggara, Indonesia. This is a MicroAid Project that has been implemented in early 2011.

Pelayanan Informasi Masyarakat (PIM), in English: Community Information Services is a method of learning for families who need information and simple skills training about the steps necessary to operate a profitable livelihood. Anyone can use PIM, because this method is designed for individuals and groups who want to learn micro- business entrepreneurship through an interactive process using a TV and DVD player that is easy to understand and follow.
